Oak Union Brewing was founded at the crossroads of tradition and invention, in Milwaukie, Oregon, where the Willamette Valley meets the Portland metro and the Cascade foothills rise to the east. The name itself is a declaration: the union of the oak, the most sacred tree in European mythology, with the collective spirit of the craft brewing community.
